ΣL Cycle Summary
Subsequent to our last report on this excellent periodicity in Uranium, price moved higher for a short time before forming the peak of the wave. Throughout the majority of February and early March price then fell in a precipitous manner for the down leg of this wave. The next trough, now imminent, should also be a clustered low of the next longer periodic wave around 150 days, detailed recently. A test of the highs in early February would confirm sustained bullish power from both these components with the earliest indication being the price mid-late April, when the shorter component is next due to peak. Within our composite Energy Fuels Inc. (UUUU) provided the largest gain, the instrument being the most bearish within our mix. It will be interesting to see whether the amplitude is maintained to the upside for UUUU or whether NXE, our weakest performer on this down leg, provides the greatest yield on the up leg.
