ΣL Cycle Summary
The latest view in gold, via this historically excellent periodic driver, is one of neutral, sideways and grinding price action. Within the spread of currencies however there is some variance with the Yen and Dollar at opposite ends of performance. Some modulation is present at a slightly higher frequency (see time frequency plot below) which likely reflects the ability of smaller waves to be observed when the underlying trend is flat. The next move should be an interesting one, bulls will hope for more amplitude (volatility to the upside!) toward the peak in late February.
